Texas High School Basketball - Robinson can't hold off Salado
(November 29, 2011: Salado, TX 76571) The Salado Eagles basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Robinson Rockets to 61 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.
In their next game, the Eagles confront the Rouse Raiders (Leander, TX) in a non-league match, on Thursday, December 1. Salado will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Raiders enter the match with a 4-6 record after their 50-33 non-league loss to Round Rock Westwood (Austin, TX).
With the defeat, Robinson moves to 0-1 on the year. The Rockets travel to Midway (Waco, TX) to confront the Panthers in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 6. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 2-8.
