(January 27, 2012: Southlake, TX 76092) The Carroll Dragons (Southlake, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Coppell Cowboys (Coppell, TX), 53-25 in Friday's league test.

The Dragons (26-3) will now prepare for their test against Keller Central (Keller, TX). The Chargers go into the 5A Region I District 7 test with a 8-19 record. In their last test, Keller Central was trounced by Fossil Ridge (Keller, TX), 36-35, in a league test.

The Cowboys now own a 9-17 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northwest for a 5A Region I District 7 test on Tuesday, January 31. Coppell will clash with a Texans squad coming off a 74-22 league loss to Keller (Keller, TX). The Texans record now stands at 4-18.
