Arizona High School Softball - North Pointe Prep knocked off by Estrella Foothills

(March 24, 2011: Phoenix, AZ 85051) In Thursday's non-league contest, the Estrella Foothills Wolves (Goodyear, AZ) softball team overwhelmed the host North Pointe Prep Falcons (Phoenix, AZ), by a margin of 15-0.

With the triumph, Estrella Foothills moves its record to 17-3 on the year. The Wolves host Red Rock (Sedona, AZ) to play the Scorpions in a 3A West contest on Saturday, March 26. The Scorpions come into the contest with a record of 7-3. Red Rock lost 3-2 in their recent non-league contest against Mingus (Cottonwood, AZ)

In their next game, the Falcons play the Northwest Christian Crusaders (Phoenix, AZ) in a 2A Central contest, on Friday, April 1. North Pointe Prep will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record.
