(February 15, 2012: Aurora, CO 80016) The Cherokee Trail Cougars (Aurora, CO) basketball knocked off the visiting Mullen Mustangs (Denver, CO), 66-58 in Wednesday's league test.

The Cougars (11-11) will now prepare for their test against Overland (Aurora, CO). The Trailblazers go into the 5A/4A Centennial test with a 5-17 record. In their last test, Overland was beaten by Arapahoe (Centennial, CO), 61-50, in a league test.

The Mustangs now own a 9-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cherry Creek for a 5A/4A Centennial test on Friday, February 17. Mullen will clash with a Bruins squad coming off a 72-69 league win over Grandview (Aurora, CO). The Bruins record now stands at 15-7.
