California High School Basketball - Parker prevails Notre Dame

(January 28, 2012: San Diego, CA 92111) Parker Lancers (San Diego, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Notre Dame Knights (Sherman Oaks, CA), 46-29 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Parker upgrades its record to 10-10 on the season. The Lancers travel to Horizon (San Diego, CA) to play the Panthers in a Coastal bout on Wednesday, February 1. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 9-10. Horizon lost 75-47 in their recent league bout against Army-Navy (Carlsbad, CA)

Next up, the Knights play the Loyola Cubs (Los Angeles, CA) in a Mission bout, on Wednesday, February 1. Notre Dame will attempt to upgrade on its 9-14 season record. The Cubs go into the bout with a 18-3 record after their 92-84 non-league win over Orange Lutheran (Orange, CA).
