Mississippi High School Basketball - South Panola falls to Grenada
(January 27, 2012: Batesville, MS 38606) The Grenada Chargers basketball team scored 55 points and held the host South Panola Tigers to 45 in the Chargers league triumph on Friday.
The Chargers now sport a 12-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oxford for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 31.
The Tigers (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Cormorant (Lake Cormorant, MS). The enter the non-league contest with a 11-5 record. In their last contest, Lake Cormorant ran past Center Hill (Olive Branch, MS), 56-55, in a league contest.
