(December 16, 2008: Arden Hills, MN 55112) In Tuesday's league challenge, the White Bear Lake Bears (White Bear Lake, MN) ice hockey team nudged the host Mounds View Mustangs (Arden Hills, MN), by a margin of 3-2.

The Bears now possess a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stillwater for a Suburban East challenge on Tuesday, December 23. White Bear Lake will clash with a Ponies team coming off a 8-0 league win over Forest Lake (Forest Lake, MN). The Ponies record now stands at 2-0.

The Mustangs (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Forest Lake (Forest Lake, MN). The Rangers enter the Suburban East challenge with a 4-7 record.
