New York High School Basketball - Wayland-Cohocton falls to Livonia
(February 8, 2010: Livonia, NY 14487) The Livonia Bulldogs basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Wayland-Cohocton Eagles to 57 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Monday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Haverling for a Section 5 Livingston County I contest on Wednesday, February 10. Livonia will meet a Rams team coming off a 58-44 league loss to Hornell (Hornell, NY). The Rams record now stands at 10-6.
The Eagles (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Greece Odyssey (Rochester, NY). The Leopards enter the non-league contest with a 8-7 record. In their last contest, Greece Odyssey ran past Wellsville (Wellsville, NY), 48-44, in a non-league contest.
