Texas High School Basketball - Cypress Ranch succumbs to Cypress Falls

(February 10, 2012: Houston, TX 77095) The Cypress Falls Eagles topped the visiting Cypress Ranch Mustangs basketball team by a final score of 71-52 in Friday's league test.

The Eagles (28-4) will now prepare for their test against Cy-Fair (Cypress, TX). The Bobcats go into the 5A Region III District 17 test with a 11-17 record. In their last test, Cy-Fair was beaten by Cy-Woods (Cypress, TX), 44-42, in a league test.

The Mustangs now own a 12-17 record. They take the field next when they host Jersey Village for a 5A Region III District 17 test on Tuesday, February 14. Cypress Ranch will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 70-49 league loss to Cy-Ridge (Houston, TX). The Falcons record now stands at 6-21.
