(September 25, 2008: Jacksonville, FL 32216) In Thursday's league battle, the host University Christian Christians volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Florida School for the Deaf Dragons.

The Christians (1-9) will now prepare for their battle against Ridgeview (Orange Park, FL). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, Ridgeview lost by Menendez (St. Augustine, FL), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Dragons clash with the Matanzas (Palm Coast, FL) in a non-league battle, on Monday, September 29. Florida School for the Deaf will attempt to advance on its 2-7 season record. The come into the battle with a 0-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Nease (Ponte Vedra, FL).
