(October 24, 2008: Bangor, PA 18013) The Wilson Area Warriors topped the host Bangor Slaters football team by a final score of 50-40 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Wilson Area improves its record to 9-0 on the season. The Warriors host Notre Dame-Green Pond (Easton, PA) to face the Crusaders in a Colonial - Eastern bout on Saturday, November 1. The Crusaders enter the bout with a record of 0-8. Notre Dame-Green Pond lost 33-21 in their recent league bout against Pen Argyl (Pen Argyl, PA)
