(October 16, 2009: Chambersburg, PA 17201) The Chambersburg Trojans football team (Chambersburg, PA), was ripped 47-7 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Bishop McDevitt Crusaders (Harrisburg, PA)

The Crusaders (7-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Carlisle (Carlisle, PA). The Thundering Herd come into the Mid-Penn - Keystone challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Carlisle was ripped by Cumberland Valley (Mechanicsburg, PA), 48-6, in a non-league challenge.

The Trojans now sport a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Central Dauphin for a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth challenge on Friday, October 23. Chambersburg will meet a Rams team coming off a 45-35 non-league win over Williamsport (Williamsport, PA). The Rams record now stands at 5-2.
