Florida High School Basketball - Land O'Lakes trounces River Ridge

(December 2, 2008: New Port Richey, FL 34654) The Land O'Lakes Gators (Land O'Lakes, FL) basketball crushed the host River Ridge Knights /Royal (New Port Richey, FL), 57-30 in Tuesday's league test.

The Gators (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Hudson (Hudson, FL). The Cobras go into the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Hudson was trounced by Ridgewood (New Port Richey, FL), 75-56, in a non-league test.

The Knights /Royal now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ridgewood for a 5A District 7 test on Friday, December 5. River Ridge will clash with a Rams squad coming off a 75-56 non-league win over Hudson (Hudson, FL). The Rams record now stands at 2-2.
