(January 18, 2012: Corona, CA 92881) Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Poly Bears (Riverside, CA) and the host Centennial Huskies (Corona, CA), witnessed Poly's basketball squad beat Centennial by a margin of 61-41.

The Bears (12-7) will now prepare for their test against Corona (Corona, CA). The Panthers go into the Big VIII test with a 12-7 record. In their last test, Corona went down by JW North (Riverside, CA), 64-60, in a league test.

The Huskies now own a 5-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to King for a Big VIII test on Friday, January 20. Centennial will clash with a Wolves squad coming off a 77-62 league win over Santiago (Corona, CA). The Wolves record now stands at 14-5.
