Pennsylvania High School Football - Redbank Valley tips Clarion

(September 26, 2008: New Bethlehem, PA 16242) The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Redbank Valley Bulldogs (New Bethlehem, PA) and the visiting Clarion Bobcats (Clarion, PA), observed Redbank Valley's football squad edge Clarion by a count of 28-21.

The Bulldogs now own a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to Karns City for a Keystone Shortway contest on Friday, October 3. Redbank Valley will encounter a Gremlins squad coming off a 63-7 league win over Keystone (Knox, PA). The Gremlins record now stands at 5-0.

Coming up next, the Bobcats encounter the Union Knights/Damsels (Rimersburg, PA) in a Keystone Shortway contest, on Thursday, October 2. Clarion will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record.
