(November 4, 2005: Potomac, MD 20854) In Friday's league game, the host Churchill Bulldogs football team scored a close 14-12 win over the Whitman Vikings.
The Bulldogs now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Quince Orchard for a Montgomery County 4A West game on Friday, November 11. Churchill will meet a Cougars team coming off a 14-7 league win over Gaithersburg (Gaithersburg, MD). The Cougars record now stands at 8-1.
With the loss, Whitman falls to 3-6 on the season. The Vikings host Johnson (Bethesda, MD) to meet the Wildcats in a Montgomery County 4A West game on Friday, November 11. The Wildcats enter the game with a record of 0-9. Johnson lost 42-13 in their recent non-league game against Bethesda-Chevy Chase (Bethesda, MD)
