(November 29, 2011: Copperas Cove, TX 76522) Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Copperas Cove Bulldawgs (Copperas Cove, TX) and the visiting Midway Panthers (Waco, TX), saw Copperas Cove's basketball squad knock off Midway by a score of 59-49.

With the victory, Copperas Cove improves its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Bulldawgs host Austin (Austin, TX) to play the Maroons in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 1. The Maroons come into the challenge with a record of 6-2. Austin lost 65-32 in their recent non-league challenge against Victoria East (Victoria, TX)

Next up, the Panthers play the Connally Cadets (Waco, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 2. Midway will attempt to improve on its 2-8 season record. The Cadets come into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 41-36 non-league win over Salado (Salado, TX).
