(February 4, 2012: Potter, NE 69156) The Burns Broncs (Burns, WY) basketball nipped the host Potter-Dix Coyotes (Potter, NE), 46-42 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Broncs (5-14) will now prepare for their test against Banner County (Harrisburg, NE). The Wildcats go into the non-league outing with a 12-6 record. In their last outing, Banner County nipped Sioux County (Harrison, NE), 42-38, in a league outing.

The Coyotes now hold a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Peetz for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 7. Potter-Dix will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 51-29 league win over Weldon Valley (Weldona, CO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-7.
