Game Story

Texas High School Basketball - Keller Central fells Carroll

(January 31, 2012: Southlake, TX 76092) Keller Central Chargers (Keller, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the host Carroll Dragons (Southlake, TX), 53-39 in a league bout.

With the victory, Keller Central upgrades its record to 23-7 on the campaign. The Chargers host Northwest (Justin, TX) to play the Texans in a 5A Region I District 7 bout on Friday, February 3. The Texans come into the bout with a record of 19-10. Northwest lost 45-38 in their recent league bout against Coppell (Coppell, TX)

Next up, the Dragons play the Saginaw Rough Riders (Saginaw, TX) in a 5A Region I District 7 bout, on Friday, February 3. Carroll will attempt to upgrade on its 14-15 season record. The Rough Riders come into the bout with a 6-21 record after their 63-43 league loss to Fossil Ridge (Keller, TX).
