(April 28, 2011: San Ramon, CA 94582) The Campolindo Cougars (Moraga, CA) baseball nipped the host Dougherty Valley Wildcats (San Ramon, CA), 5-4 in Thursday's league contest.
Coming up next, the Cougars play the Acalanes Dons (Lafayette, CA) in a Diablo Foothill contest, on Tuesday, May 3. Campolindo will attempt to better on its 11-6 season record. The Dons enter the contest with a 11-7 record after their 6-5 league win over Miramonte (Orinda, CA).
The Wildcats now sport a 13-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to San Lorenzo for a non-league contest on Saturday, April 30. Dougherty Valley will play a Rebels squad coming off a 7-2 league loss to Arroyo (San Lorenzo, CA). The Rebels record now stands at 6-13.
