California High School Volleyball - San Francisco Waldorf can't hold off Pacific Union College Prep
(September 16, 2010: Angwin, CA 94508) In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Pacific Union College Prep Falcons volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the San Francisco Waldorf Wolverines.
The Falcons (6-0) will now prepare for their battle against Pine Hills Adventist (Auburn, CA). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Pine Hills Adventist was edged by Lodi Academy (Lodi, CA), 3-1, in a non-league match.
With the loss, San Francisco Waldorf drops to 5-1 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Bay (San Francisco, CA) to battle the in a Bay Counties - Central match on Tuesday, September 28. The come into the match with a record of 2-1.
