Texas High School Baseball - South Grand Prairie prevails Mansfield
(April 30, 2011: Grand Prairie, TX 75052) South Grand Prairie Warriors (Grand Prairie, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Mansfield Tigers (Mansfield, TX), 12-3 in a league test.
With the win, South Grand Prairie upgrades its record to 24-9 on the season. The Warriors travel to Grapevine (Grapevine, TX) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league test on Friday, May 6. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 19-13. Grapevine won 10-8 in their recent league test against Richland (North Richland Hills, TX)
With the defeat, Mansfield falls to 24-6 on the season.
