North Carolina High School Football - Triton defeats Overhills

(October 17, 2008: Spring Lake, NC 28390) In Friday's league match, the visiting Triton Hawks football squad scored a good 39-27 victory over the Overhills Jaguars.

In their next game, the Hawks clash with the Union Pines Vikings (Cameron, NC) in a Cape Fear Valley match, on Friday, October 24. Triton will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Vikings enter the match with a 3-5 record after their 27-6 league loss to Harnett Central (Angier, NC).
