(December 8, 2008: Lakeland, FL 33801) The Sonrise Christian Seminoles basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting City of Life Christian Academy Warriors to 51 in the Seminoles league triumph on Monday.

The Seminoles now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lakeland Christian for a non-league contest on Friday, December 12.

The Warriors (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Lighthouse Christian (DeLand, FL). The Crusaders enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Lighthouse Christian lost by Flagler Palm Coast (Bunnell, FL), 76-46, in a non-league contest.
