With the win, Truman upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Cougars host Roosevelt (Wyandotte, MI) to encounter the Bears in a Downriver bout on Friday, December 16. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Roosevelt won 51-45 in their recent non-league bout against Grosse Ile (Grosse Ile, MI)
