Florida High School Basketball - Baker County nips West Nassau
(January 12, 2012: Glen St. Mary, FL 32040) Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Baker County Wildcats (Glen St. Mary, FL) and the visiting West Nassau Warriors (Callahan, FL), witnessed Baker County's basketball squad tip West Nassau by a margin of 60-58.
The Wildcats (6-9) will now prepare for their test against Crescent City (Crescent City, FL). The Raiders go into the non-league test with a 2-6 record. In their last test, Crescent City was tipped by Wildwood (Wildwood, FL), 45-39, in a league test.
The Warriors now own a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Yulee for a 4A District 4 test on Friday, January 13. West Nassau will clash with a Hornets squad coming off a 57-52 non-league loss to Trinity Christian (Jacksonville, FL). The Hornets record now stands at 0-10.
