(September 2, 2011: Brazil, IN 47834) In Friday's non-league match, the visiting North Vigo Patriots football squad scored a close 19-16 victory over the Northview Knights.
In their next game, the Patriots clash with the Center Grove Trojans (Greenwood, IN) in a Metropolitan match, on Friday, September 9. North Vigo will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Trojans enter the match with a 2-1 record after their 42-17 league loss to Carmel (Carmel, IN).
The Knights (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Sullivan (Sullivan, IN). The Golden Arrows enter the Western Indiana match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Sullivan held off North Knox (Bicknell, IN), 14-6, in a non-league match.
