Massachusetts High School Basketball - Lowell falls to Westford Academy
(December 26, 2011: Westford, MA 01886) The Westford Academy Grey Ghosts basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Lowell Red Raiders to 52 in the Grey Ghosts non-league triumph on Monday.
The Grey Ghosts now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pelham for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 28. Westford Academy will confront a Pythons team coming off a 55-40 non-league win over Dracut (Dracut, MA). The Pythons record now stands at 4-1.
With the defeat, Lowell moves to 3-2 on the year. The Red raiders travel to Dracut (Dracut, MA) to face the Middies in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 27. The Middies enter the game with a record of 0-4. Dracut lost 55-40 in their recent non-league game against Pelham (Pelham, NH)
