(January 17, 2009: West Sunbury, PA 16061) In Saturday's league outing, the Keystone Panthers (Knox, PA) basketball squad edged the host Moniteau Warriors (West Sunbury, PA), by a count of 65-61.

The Panthers (12-2) will now prepare for their outing against Karns City (Karns City, PA). The Gremlins go into the Keystone Shortway - South match with a 3-7 record. In their last match, Karns City was nipped by Allegheny-Clarion Valley (Foxburg, PA), 40-36, in a league match.

With the defeat, Moniteau moves to 2-9 on the year. The Warriors travel to Union (Rimersburg, PA) to confront the Knights/Damsels in a Keystone Shortway - South match on Tuesday, January 20. The Knights/Damsels enter the match with a record of 8-6. Union lost 69-57 in their recent non-league match against Clearfield (Clearfield, PA)
