Louisiana High School Basketball - Jena ripped by Winnfield

Winnfield Tigers basketball team scored 77 points and held the visiting
Jena Giants to 51 in the Tigers league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 19-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to
North DeSoto for a
3A District 2 contest on Tuesday, January 22.
Winnfield will meet a Griffins team coming off a
75-60 league loss to
Caldwell Parish (Columbia, LA). The Griffins record now stands at 10-10.
The Giants (12-10) will now prepare for their contest against
Harrisonburg (Harrisonburg, LA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 25-6 record. In their last contest,
Harrisonburg trounced
Kilbourne (Kilbourne, LA),
56-45, in a non-league contest.
