(October 7, 2011: Alvin, TX 77511) The Clear Springs Chargers volleyball team (League City, TX), was nudged 3-2 in Friday's league challenge with the host Alvin Yellowjackets (Alvin, TX)

The Yellowjackets (15-18) will now prepare for their challenge against Clear Lake (Houston, TX). The Falcons enter the 5A Region III District 24 challenge with a 17-14 record. In their last challenge, Clear Lake was nudged by Pearland (Pearland, TX), 3-1, in a league challenge.
