(February 25, 2009: Gibsonton, FL 33534) Jefferson Dragons (Tampa, FL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host East Bay Indians (Gibsonton, FL), 17-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Jefferson upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Dragons travel to Leto (Tampa, FL) to battle the Falcons in a 5A District 10 test on Friday, February 27. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 1-2. Leto won 12-8 in their recent league test against Blake (Tampa, FL)

With the defeat, East Bay falls to 0-4 on the season. The Indians travel to King (Tampa, FL) to battle the Lions in a non-league test on Saturday, February 28. The Lions come into the battle with a record of 2-2. King lost 2-1 in their recent league battle against Armwood (Seffner, FL)
