(September 16, 2011: Mexico, NY 13114) The Marcellus Mustangs (Marcellus, NY) football overcame the host Mexico Tigers (Mexico, NY), 26-12 in Friday's league bout.
In their next game, the Mustangs face the Oneida Indians (Oneida, NY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 23. Marcellus will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Indians enter the bout with a 1-2 record after their 26-6 league win over Holland Patent (Holland Patent, NY).
The Tigers (2-1) will now prepare for their bout against Chittenango (Chittenango, NY). The Bears enter the Section 3 Class B - West bout with a 3-0 record. In their last bout, Chittenango thwarted Homer (Homer, NY), 32-14, in a league bout.
