Lamar Consolidated Mustangs (Rosenberg, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting
Foster Falcon (Richmond, TX), by a margin of
72-51.
The Mustangs (22-7) will now prepare for their outing against
El Campo (El Campo, TX). The Ricebirds go into the non-league outing with a 12-7 record. In their last outing,
El Campo was trounced by
Seven Lakes (Katy, TX),
53-36, in a league outing.
The Falcon now own a 7-19 record. They take the field next when they travel to
Bay City for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 12.
Foster will encounter a Black Cats squad coming off a
57-54 league loss to
Terry (Rosenberg, TX). The Black Cats record now stands at 4-19.
