(January 6, 2012: Watertown, CT 06795) Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Watertown Indians (Watertown, CT) and the visiting Derby Red Raiders (Derby, CT), saw Watertown's basketball squad trounce Derby by a score of 80-52.

With the victory, Watertown improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Indians host Crosby (Waterbury, CT) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Tuesday, January 10. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 7-1. Crosby won 70-61 in their recent non-league test against Woodland Regional (Beacon Falls, CT)
