North Carolina High School Volleyball - Rose can't hold off Conley
(October 15, 2011: Greenville, NC 27858) In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Conley Vikings volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Rose Rampants.
The Vikings (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against White Oak (Jacksonville, NC). The Vikings come into the non-league battle with a 15-5 record. In their last battle, White Oak nudged Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC), 3-2, in a league battle.
Next, the Rampants clash with the New Bern Bears (New Bern, NC) in a 4A Mideastern battle, on Tuesday, October 18. Rose will attempt to advance on its 10-7 season record. The Bears come into the battle with a 17-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Hoggard (Wilmington, NC).
