California High School Basketball - Saratoga prevails Los Altos

(January 27, 2012: Saratoga, CA 95070) Saratoga Falcons (Saratoga, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Los Altos Eagles (Los Altos, CA), 44-36 in a league bout.

With the win, Saratoga upgrades its record to 15-3 on the season. The Falcons travel to Santa Clara (Santa Clara, CA) to play the Bruins in a El Camino bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 11-8. Santa Clara won 54-37 in their recent league bout against Cupertino (Cupertino, CA)

Next up, the Eagles play the Monta Vista Matadors (Cupertino, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Los Altos will attempt to upgrade on its 9-11 season record. The Matadors go into the bout with a 9-10 record after their 49-43 league win over Homestead (Cupertino, CA).
