In their next game, the Marlins face the Woodsboro Eagles (Woodsboro, TX) in a 1A-1 Region IV District 31 match, on Tuesday, January 10. Port Aransas will attempt to move on its 10-4 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 7-2 record after their 48-43 non-league loss to Incarnate Word Academy (Corpus Christi, TX).
With the defeat, Kenedy moves to 0-7 on the year. The Lions travel to Falls City (Falls City, TX) to face the Beavers in a 1A-1 Region IV District 31 match on Tuesday, January 10. The Beavers enter the match with a record of 13-1.
