The Cougars now possess a 12-6 record. They play next when they travel to Patrician Academy for a AISA AA Region 2 Area 1 battle on Tuesday, January 24. Southern Academy will meet a Saints team coming off a 51-44 league loss to Marengo Academy (Linden, AL). The Saints record now stands at 16-10.

The Knights (10-15) will now prepare for their battle against Kingwood Christian (Alabaster, AL). The Lions come into the AISA AAA Region 2 Area 1 battle with a 5-13 record. In their last battle, Kingwood Christian prevailed over Morgan Academy (Selma, AL), 53-46, in a non-league battle.
