(August 31, 2007: Madison, WV 25130) The Scott Skyhawks thwarted the visiting Wyoming East Warriors football team by a count of 36-27 in Friday's non-league outing.
With the win, Scott upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Skyhawks travel to Chapmanville (Chapmanville, WV) to encounter the Tigers in a non-league outing on Friday, September 7. The Tigers go into the outing with a record of 1-1. Chapmanville won 35-0 in their recent non-league bout against Valley (Smithers, WV)
The Warriors (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Iaeger (Iaeger, WV). The Cubs enter the Coalfield AA bout with a 2-0 record. In their last bout, Iaeger defeated Burch (Delbarton, WV), 47-22, in a non-league bout.
