Sanford Bulldogs (Fayetteville, NC) football routed the visiting
Harnett Central Trojans (Angier, NC),
37-0 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Bulldogs face the
Cape Fear Colts (Fayetteville, NC) in a
Two Rivers bout, on Friday, September 21.
Sanford will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Colts come into the game with a 2-3 record after their
34-14 non-league win over
Western Harnett (Lillington, NC).
The Trojans now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to
South Johnston for a
Cape Fear Valley game on Friday, September 21.
Harnett Central will battle a Trojans team coming off a
41-21 non-league loss to
Smithfield-Selma (Smithfield, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 3-1.
