Texas High School Basketball - Wells falls to Bryan
(November 8, 2011: Wells, TX 75976) The Bryan Vikings basketball team scored 41 points and held the host Wells Pirates to 31 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Vikings now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westfield for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 12. Bryan will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 46-38 non-league loss to College Park (The Woodlands, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-2.
The Pirates (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Pollok Central (Pollok, TX). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Pollok Central was defeated by Big Sandy (Dallardsville, TX), 81-52, in a non-league contest.
