California High School Basketball - Leadership can't hold off Gateway
(February 3, 2012: San Francisco, CA 94112) The Gateway Gators basketball team scored 37 points and restricted the host Leadership Griffin to 36 in the Gators league victory on Friday.
The Gators now sport a 7-10 record. They play next when they travel to San Francisco Waldorf for a Bay Counties - Central contest on Tuesday, February 7. Gateway will meet a Wolverines team coming off a 32-30 league loss to Bay (San Francisco, CA). The Wolverines record now stands at 7-15.
The Griffin (7-16) will now prepare for their contest against Pescadero (Pescadero, CA). The Vikings come into the Bay Counties - Central contest with a 0-12 record.
