Hargrave Falcons (Huffman, TX) basketball nipped the visiting
King Panthers (Houston, TX),
67-63 in Friday's league test.
The Falcons (12-10) will now prepare for their test against
New Caney (New Caney, TX). The Eagles go into the
4A Region III District 21 test with a 5-18 record. In their last test,
New Caney was tipped by
Crosby (Crosby, TX),
64-56, in a league test.
The Panthers now own a 12-12 record. They take the field next when they host
Galena Park for a
4A Region III District 21 test on Tuesday, January 22.
King will clash with a Yellowjackets squad coming off a
71-58 league loss to
Barbers Hill (Mt. Belvieu, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 11-16.
