(January 26, 2012: Irvine, CA 92539) The Northwood Timberwolves topped the host Beckman Patriots basketball team by a final score of 48-36 in Thursday's league game.

Next, the Timberwolves clash with the Irvine Vaqueros (Irvine, CA) in a Pacific Coast test, on Tuesday, January 31. Northwood will attempt to advance on its 10-12 season record. The Vaqueros go into the test with a 17-5 record after their 55-50 non-league win over Capistrano Valley (Mission Viejo, CA).

The Patriots now own a 9-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to University for a Pacific Coast test on Tuesday, January 31. Beckman will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 54-53 league win over Woodbridge (Irvine, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 14-8.
