California High School Volleyball - Calabasas overwhelmed by Newbury Park
(September 20, 2011: Calabasas, CA 91302) In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Newbury Park Panthers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Calabasas Coyotes.
The Panthers (5-6) will now prepare for their battle against Royal (Simi Valley, CA). The Highlanders come into the Marmonte battle with a 5-4 record. In their last battle, Royal lost by Moorpark (Moorpark, CA), 3-2, in a league battle.
Next, the Coyotes encounter the Westlake Warriors (Westlake Village, CA) in a Marmonte battle, on Thursday, September 22. Calabasas will attempt to advance on its 3-5 season record. The Warriors come into the battle with a 13-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Simi Valley (Simi Valley, CA).
