New York High School Basketball - Xaverian crushes Estrella Foothills

(December 27, 2011: Brooklyn, NY 11209) Xaverian Clippers (Brooklyn, NY) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Estrella Foothills Wolves (Goodyear, AZ), 83-56 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Xaverian upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Clippers travel to Scottsdale Christian Academy (Phoenix, AZ) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, December 30. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 4-6. Scottsdale Christian Academy lost 63-45 in their recent non-league bout against El Toro (Lake Forest, CA)

Next up, the Wolves encounter the Shorewood Thunderbirds (Shoreline, WA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 28. Estrella Foothills will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Thunderbirds go into the bout with a 6-2 record after their 66-34 non-league loss to El Toro (Lake Forest, CA).
