California High School Basketball - Eastside College Prep overwhelmed by King's Academy

(January 20, 2012: Sunnyvale, CA 94085) The King's Academy Knights basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the visiting Eastside College Prep Panthers to 34 in the Knights league victory on Friday.

The Knights now sport a 8-8 record. They play next when they travel to Pinewood for a West Bay contest on Tuesday, January 24. King's Academy will meet a Panthers team coming off a 66-61 league win over Harker (San Jose, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 14-1.

The Panthers (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Woodside Priory (Portola Valley, CA). The Panthers come into the West Bay contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Woodside Priory was routed by Sacred Heart Prep (Atherton, CA), 71-50, in a league contest.
