Oregon High School Basketball - Grant nudges Aloha
(January 3, 2012: Portland, OR 97212) Grant Generals (Portland, OR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Aloha Warriors (Beaverton, OR), 48-44 in a non-league game.
In their next game, the Generals face the Lake Oswego Lakers (Lake Oswego, OR) in a non-league game, on Friday, January 6. Grant will attempt to move on its 4-7 season record. The Lakers enter the game with a 7-4 record after their 59-51 non-league loss to The Dalles-Wahtonka (The Dalles, OR).
With the defeat, Aloha moves to 7-5 on the year. The Warriors travel to Sprague (Salem, OR) to face the Olympians in a non-league game on Friday, January 6. The Olympians enter the game with a record of 0-12. Sprague lost 51-44 in their recent non-league game against St. Helens (St. Helens, OR)
