Texas High School Basketball - Pinkston can't hold off Kimball
(January 26, 2008: Dallas, TX 75212) The Kimball Knights basketball team scored 75 points and restricted the host Pinkston Vikings to 70 in the Knights league victory on Saturday.
The Knights now sport a 18-7 record. They play next when they travel to South Oak Cliff for a 4A Region II District 14 contest on Wednesday, January 30. Kimball will meet a Bears team coming off a 53-50 league win over Adamson (Dallas, TX). The Bears record now stands at 14-8.
The Vikings (18-6) will now prepare for their contest against Seagoville (Dallas, TX). The Dragons come into the 4A Region II District 14 contest with a 6-19 record. In their last contest, Seagoville edged Smith (Dallas, TX), 59-54, in a league contest.
